This Privacy Policy explains how Coffee Inside ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information across all Apps and services published at coffeeinside.dev. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain our Apps; (b) manage your account and process purchases or subscriptions; (c) improve our Apps based on usage patterns; (d) send important notices about your account, purchases, or our Apps; (e) administer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes; (f) respond to your support requests and feedback; and (g) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

All third-party service providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes disclosed.
We retain your account information and user content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@coffeeinside.dev and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of any App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
